The Paloma Margarita
This cocktail combines two classic tequila drinks into one clean and balanced libation. The addition of mezcal and grapefruit oleo saccharum gives the Paloma Margarita a unique flavor profile that's perfect for warm weather drinking.
Recipe:
1.5oz Reposado Tequila
.5oz Mezcal
1oz Cointreau
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.25oz Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum
Rim a rocks glass with equal parts Tajin and smoked salt. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Double strain into the rimmed rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a dehydrated and torched lime wheel.
