The TMB Negroni

The Negroni is one of the world's most popular cocktails. The traditional recipe boasts equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Our version is a bit less bitter and syrupy producing a clean and easy to drink cocktail that's perfect for sipping alfresco.

Recipe:

1.5oz gin
1.5oz sweet vermouth
1.5oz Aperol
1 bar spoon orange oleo saccharum
1 dash Fee Brother's Orange Bitters
2oz club soda

Combine gin, vermouth, Aperol, oleo, and bitters in a mixing pitcher and stir well with ice. Stain into a stemless wine glass with a single large ice sphere and top with club soda. Express a wide swath of orange zest and use as garnish.
