The Revival Superieure
This absinthe heavy take on the Corpse Reviver #2 features an entire ounce of absinthe and swaps out the traditional Cointreau for a pamplemousse liqueur along with the addition of a Demerara grapefruit oleo saccharum and fresh ruby red grapefruit juice for a twist on this classic libation.
Recipe:
1oz Kubler Absinthe
.75oz Sipsmith Gin
.75oz Combier Pamplemousse Rose
.75oz Lillet Rose
.75oz Fresh lemon juice
.25oz Fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
.25oz Grapefruit Demerara oleo saccharum
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain (fine strain) into a chilled coupe glass. Garish with an expressed lemon swath.
