Fleur de Jasmin
This gin based cocktail uses a jasmine tea infused demerara syrup and apricot liqueur to balance out the tartness of fresh lemon juice. Clean and balanced, the Fleur de Jasmin is bright and fresh with floral notes.
Recipe:
2oz Gin
.5oz Orchard Apricot liqueur
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
.25oz Jasmine tea infused damerara syrup
5 drops Batch No1 Old Fashioned Mix Bitters
1 Large egg white
Dry shake egg white for 15-20 seconds then add all ingredients and ice to the shaker. Shake very well and fine strain into a coupe glass.
