The Highland Fin
This small but strong cocktail is the perfect digestif to finish any meal. With bitter and sweet notes, the Highland Fin gets is complexity from the use of a port cask aged single malt scotch and amaro.
Recipe:
.75oz Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
.5oz Amaro
.5oz Orchard Apricot liqueur
This cocktail is built in the glass so there is no shaking or stirring involved. Simply combine all ingredients directly into a cordial glass and garnish with an orange twist.
