The Ducasse Martini

This modern take on the classic martini is available at Gibsons Italia in Chicago. It combines Grey Goose Ducasse vodka with Carpano Bianco vermouth and orange bitters producing a clean and surprisingly flavorful classic martini with notes of toasted wheat and citrus. Easily the best martini in Chicago
